1. Our Philosophy

DriftFlux is born from the idea that powerful data tools shouldn't require complex installations or cloud uploads. In an era of centralized data processing, we take a different path. Our mission is to provide professional-grade utilities that respect the boundaries of your personal and professional workspace.

We believe that Privacy-by-Design is not just a feature, but a fundamental requirement for modern software.

2. Technical Framework

Every tool in the DriftFlux suite operates exclusively within your browser's local environment. We utilize modern technologies like Transformers.js (v3), ONNX Runtime, and WebAssembly to bring desktop-class power to the web.

Performance Note: Because all processing occurs locally, speed is determined by your device's CPU and GPU capabilities. High-resolution AI tasks may require significant local resources. We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Brave for optimal results.

3. Rights and Obligations of the User

3.1. Software Integrity: The User undertakes to refrain from any actions that endanger the functionality or operation of the software. In particular, the User is prohibited from carrying out any actions that scan or test weak points of the software, bypass security systems or access systems of the software or integrate malware into the software.

3.2. Authorization: The User guarantees that they have all the necessary rights (such as copyright, ancillary copyright, industrial property rights, trademark rights) for processing the uploaded content.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

User agrees not to upload content, create designs or use the Service, directly or indirectly, in any manner that:

  • Promotes violence, physical or mental harm, emotional distress, death, disability, or disfigurement.
  • Seeks to harm or exploit children in any way (Zero Tolerance Policy).
  • Is harassing, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, or invasive of personal privacy.
  • Involves nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornographic content.
  • Involves impersonation or processing images of individuals without their express consent.
  • Contains disinformation that is false, deceptive, or misleading.
  • Threatens or undermines democratic processes or institutions.

The Operator reserves the right to determine whether content violates this clause at its sole discretion. This clause may be updated from time to time.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

5.1. "As Is" Basis: The Service and all software provided by DriftFlux are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Use of the Service is at the User's own risk. No rights or guarantees can be derived from the use of these tools.

5.2. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

5.3. Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time and for any reason without prior notice. We may update these terms without warning.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

DriftFlux does not use third-party tracking cookies. For security and analytics, we log anonymized page visits. Your IP address is masked at the network level to ensure it cannot be traced back to an individual.

GDPR Compliance: Our data minimization strategy fulfills the highest standards of the General Data Protection Regulation. Since we never possess your files, we cannot share, sell, or lose your data.
